Another beautiful, unseasonably warm day. Lots of people running, strolling and biking on the rec path. Right leg was hurting, but loosened up after the third mile. Was warm enough to work up a pretty good sweat even in shorts and t-shirt.

Seems like your distances are increasing. I don't know how you do it.
I thought it was cold where you live. I must not understand the geography and storm patterns of your part of the world.
This year it has gone back and forth. I'm sure we've had other Februaries that rarely got above freezing. In recent years it seems we can get a few days of 60 degree temps in any of the winter months.
