Jog With Paul - 8 miles

New Year's Day jog with Paul - this was Paul's longest run in a few years, and his introduction to the river path along Kelly Drive. We started in South Philly, went out Kelly Drive to the 4-mile point, then back past the Art Museum and down the Parkway and Arch Street to historic Christ Church at 2nd and Market Street, where Benjamin Franklin is buried.

The weather was right at freezing, so although pleasant, there was a lot of wet black ice on the river path and we had to be vigilant and pick our way carefully through a few points. These slow jogs are outside my training program, but it was a nice relaxing way to kick off the new year.
