We had about 4 inches of snow Tuesday night, and I had doubts that the Schuylkill River path would be runnable, but the track was closed, so I made my way down to the river. To my happy surprise, the path had been cleared, and was only covered by a light layer of snow where the wind had blown it. The temperature had stayed in the 20s all day, so there was almost no ice. All in all, it was an enjoyable run. Still feeling strong, no sign of shinsplints, and my left knee - that's been painful recently - wasn't even hurting. Tempo run seems to be my best workout - was 20 seconds/mile faster than target pace.

Maybe you were just too numb from the cold to feel any pain. Brr!
