14 degrees F when I left for Paul's. Wore a cap, heavier gloves and a zip up hoodie sweatshirt on top of my normal cold-weather clothes. The hoodie was too much and I had to take it off after the first mile. Otherwise, it was fine - no wind. We cut our normal run a little short and stopped at a coffee shop for a while. By the time I left for home it was about 20 degrees. A little stiff and sore from yesterday's run, but think with a rest day tomorrow I'll be OK for Monday.
