So Chris and I had another great run this morning - same 6-mile course as Tuesday, plus today we seemed to catch all the green lights, kept a good pace, nice weather, etc. We are both using Nike+, but at the end of the run we had divergent distances and times. I got 6.28 miles in 50:51, while he got only 6.03 miles in 51:14.
I've never calibrated my Nike+, but ran many miles with it at the track, and I know that it was quite accurate for last year's PDR, and the Broad Street Run this spring. But an 8:05 pace (using my numbers) is a bit hard to believe, so I'll go with Chris' numbers - at least until I have a chance to calibrate my Nike+ at the track.

Awsome site - truly 'hen bang'. I love the decorative photographs and the cool graph. Any advice for a novice just contemplating long distance running? I can go 2 miles on an unusually good day. Do you ever rest? How many times per week do you take off?
Don't be a wisenheimer, Barbara! ;-)
