Nice out today, despite the cold weather. Sunny and less windy than yesterday. I left behind one layer of shirt, and was very comfortable. Ended up extending the run a bit despite some pain in right leg - five miles is just not very satisfying at this point. Hope I did not ruin my chances for a run tomorrow.
