6.33 miles
49:24
7:47 pace
Wanted to get three runs in during the work week, and since I'm relatively injury-free, tried another run this morning. I swore off consecutive days since we returned from Utah in August, and I think it was a good rule while I was trying to heal, but eventually I'd like to be able to run five or six days a week.
Chris and I started out this morning only about 15 hours after finishing our last run, and I could feel yesterday's run in my feet. Still, it was a nice cool morning, about 45 degrees, and we had a good run. A little shorter and slower than yesterday. Planning to run 5-7 miles on Friday, then 11-12 on Sunday. If so, this will make 30 miles for the 4th week in a row.

I have a friend about 10 years younger than I am who is a really good runner. He's also a cyclist. I don't believe he ever runs on consequtive days - and he never seems to have lower extremity injuries.
Check out the Forerunner 400 at http://www.offroute.com/. I think that's just what you need.
That's what my buddy Scott has. He travels a lot, so it is really cool to see the Garmin map his runs in Georgia, Portland, Boston, etc, and overlay google maps on them. The Forerunner also gives you elevation changes, which can be interesting.
